Goose Island創業の地シカゴよりGoose Islandのブルワーが来日！

Timothy Faith氏は、研究開発ブルワーとして革新的なビールを日々研究しています。
Boubon County Stout Wheatwineを代表作とし、
レシピの改善、原料の研究、パイロットシステムでの醸造などでチームのクリエイティビティをサポートしています。

またマラソンを得意とし、5kmを15分で、フルマラソンを2:45で走る世界最速のブルワーとの呼び声が高いユニークな経歴を持っています。

当日はGoose Island IPAドラフトとBourbon Countyボトルの量り売りを行います。
ブルワーさん来店時間は下記予定。
20:00～21:00

He’s R&D brewer and a fastest brewer in the world running a 15:25 5K & 2:45 at Chicago Marathon.

We’ll put the Goose Island IPA on tap and the Bourbon County by the glass.
Tim will show up at Watering Hole 20:00-21:00.
